Eventually. That and others things are to come once I'm finished with school (a few weeks away), and I can get it all set up with everyone else who'll be helping with the mod side of things.
You won't hear much about it until it's completely usable and ready for everyone to populate -- at that point, I'll have a thread set up on meta detailing everything there is to know. I'm anticipating there'll be plenty of early suggestions for it, so I'm planning around that as well.
So the short answer is: it will get done, we just need a bit more time.
