Much like how only female bees sting, only female mosquitoes bite. It might surprise you to learn that mosquitoes actually feed off of nectar. The female drinks blood not for nutrition, but because she needs the protein amino acids to gestate eggs.

So a lot of legendary Pokemon and alike don't have genders so that players can't breed them, or as to not alienate players of the opposite gender (which is weird, but true). But logically we can infer that Pokemon like Shaymin or Keldeo, where they are members of a species, do indeed have genders. The Ultra Beasts, being regular Pokemon (just from another dimension), would likely fall into this category as well.

So if that holds, then Buzzwole... Would probably be an all female species.
