Modern day Earth but in a reality where Gods and Goddesses are very real, not the myths as we know them.  In this fealty at age 14 all boys and girls must go on a “Power Quest.” A sort of coming-of-age test. The test is to send the teen into the wild they must survive an unspecified amount of time, usually 3-6 weeks and they can’y return to civilization until they are god-noticed...if they’re god-noticed at all. To prove one has beenrecognized by a God or Goddess  they must bring back a ring these rings can have any stone but there are only a few styles each significant to a particular god or goddess.  These rings aren’t just for looks they grant their bearer and only their bearer powers also significant to a God or Goddess.  The ring and by default the God also signify a persons rank in Society.

Goddess of Water and Water-Based Healingk

ApparenE (this is according to the misses) A beautiful woman with Night-Dark Hair, large Sea-Green eyes, pale skin. On land she wears a aqua gown and gold shell crown in the water her gown become a crop top and mermaid tail.

Ring design: a band that goes all the way around at the top the band forms a mermaids tail fib in the center us a heart shaped stone.

Powers granted Water-manipulation and Water-Healing.

God of Nature

Apparene; a well built man appearing to be on his 20s with long fresh-soul colored hair and golden eyes, tan skin. He wears   A dark brown tunic and tan pants as well as brown boots.

Design; two very skinny bands one that looks like arrows all the way around the other having round stones all around.

Powers granted: Communication with plants and super-human strength as well as the ability to create earthquakes by mere thought.

 AppearancE: a slanted young woman who has shoulder length auburn hair agger.
and green eyes pale skin. She wears a armored dress of steel and leather she carries a long-sword  and a Dagger.


Ring design a regular ring with a round stone on top on the top left of the round and bottom right triangles decorate the stone .

Powers granted; the ability to wield any weapon with ease and the power to call metal  from around them and from underground to form shields.

AppearancE: a slender guy with inky black h
 Chon-length hair and very dark brown eyes with a hint of flame yellow, dark skin. He wears a crimson top and  dark brown pants with sandals.

Ring Design a regulate long but the stone is shaped like a sunburst.

Powers granted: fire manipulation, the ability to summon sandstorms and tolerance to high temperatures

Waverley

Goddess of Magic and Mystery

Powers granted; Telekinesis, Time Travel, Mind Reading  Psychological Powers. She also grants her claimed humans “Secret-Weaving” this allows them to craft perfect lies and keep any secret.

Appearance: long hazelnut wavy hair, dark brown eyes coffee colored skin. She wears a gauzy pale pink gown and barely-there sandals.

Rong Design: a small babd with a small stone surrounded by three oval shaped leaves on either side. (Obviously not real leaves they are just engraved into the metal)

Thorn
God of night and Dreama

Appearance; moon-pale skin shoulder-length midnight black hair, royal  
Blue eyes. He wears a plum-colored tunic, black pants and boors and has a crescent moon tattoo on his right upper arm.

Powers giantess: night-visione  and the ability to walk un someones dreams.

Ring design: a small flower like a jazzmen blossom and filigree on the sides  a small stone is at the flowers center.

AppearancE: pale skin, long platinum blonde hair and ice blue eyes. She wears a long-sleeved metalliC blue gown with white fur in the cuffs and hems.

The power to wield ice and snow as well as immunity to cold climates and the power to know who will live who as well as the power to make others do what you say.

Appearance: he’s Thorns twin so they look alike but Gem has dark brown eyes. And wears crimson instead of plum.

Ring design: a wide black band with a Crescent moon shaped  stone and smaller star-like gems all around the band.
