Prologue
“Welcome one and all to the Dendimille Town Pokemon Showcase! Our talented Pokemon performers, and their Pokémon, are sure to amaze you!” I sat in front of the TV, wondering what was happening. “Mommy! They’re dancing! With Pokémon!” I said in wonder. My mom chuckled.
“That’s a Pokemon Showcase, where Pokémon performers show off their Pokémon!”
“I wanna be a Pokemon performer when I get big!” Mom’s face fell. She stopped cutting the carrot sticks she was holding.
“Sebastian, sweetie, only girls can be Pokémon performers,” she said in a gentle voice that matched my 6-year-old sensitivity.
“But that’s no fair!”
“You’re right, it isn’t fair. But unless you move to Hoenn, you can’t perform with your Pokémon.”
“Mommy, I wanna move to Hoenn!” I said gleefully.
“That’s too expensive!” Mom went back to her carrots. I was devastated.  I wanted to move to Hoenn right this instant, so I could dance with my Pokémon like the pretty girls on TV. As I grew older, I accepted that I would never become a Pokémon performer. On my 10th birthday, I was asked if I wanted to become a Pokémon trainer. I said no. Unless I could be a Pokémon performer, I would just settle down to a boring office job. A year later, I was watching the news with my mom. What the reporter said that day would change my life.
“In other news, the Kalos Pokemon Showcase league officials have decided that boys will be able to participate in Pokémon Showcases.” I gasped, and immediately jumped up off the couch, ran to my room, and grabbed a hat and an old bag.
“Mom! I’m going out!” I yelled.
“Where?” My mom asked in panic.
“I’m going to get a Pokémon!” I said, already halfway out the door.

Oh really? I knew well assimed you weren’t  but i had her in mmind um might’ve based her off Meg from Hercules you can use her if you like it’s up tp you XD

I love the OC in the day. Weren’t you doing a fanfiction with a character like that? If so I think it’ll be very interesting. And also just for fun if you had been taking characters for it this is the one I would’ve done.

From Hoenn but   Traveling  In Kalos.
 Appearance, light brown hair, tan skin,  Hazel eyes . She wears a magenta tank top, a long white skirt, white sandals, a white Crossbody bag, and a magenta beret  when she’s not performing. When she is performing  she wears a Grecian style one shoulder magenta dress  with a gold belt and a gold circlet in her hair  as well as  sandals that wrap up to her knees.
 Personality,  she is fierce and fun loving. But deadly serious about performing  if you befriend her she will be a loyal  meaning that she will sacrifice her own happiness or her own safety in order to help her friends to a fault friends  The closer a person is as a friend to her the more likely she is to sacrifice herself.
 Backstory,  She lived in Goenn until she learned abkut showcases.  She used to have a lot of friends  But  after she decided that she wanted to be a performer most of them became distant.  Her one friend that remained close to her with a boy that she had a secret crush on but right before she left he took advantage of her kindness  that’s only further and her desire to leave when she meets  Sebastian  during a contest he can’t help but admire him and maybe thank he’s cute  but she’s afraid to let him in because the last time she did that she was hurt  someone she trusted.

“Hurry up Echo! Or u’m eating your birthday cake myself!” I rolled my eyes though Evren wouldn’t know that. My friend Skyla waved her “magic wand” towards the staircase but nothing happened, nothing ever did when she tried using magic. I stifled a giggle  imagining evren as toad or something. I used to really like my big brother until he started saying our secular tomes great-grandfather was mad, that’s crazy mad not angry mad. Our grandfather had been a Dragonologist  named Ernest Drake he wasn’t crazy he was brilliant!   Skyla looked over at me from my bedroom doorway, her “cape” (a baby blue hoodie whose sleeves were tied around her neck) moved  behind her. Skyla White was my best, my only friend. She was supposedly descended from Merlin the wizard  and i beloved it atet all like me she had books written in Merlin’s hand. Well mine were written by Ernest obviously but they were written in the same way. That was how we’d become friends. “WCHO”’Evren. Called up. “Guess i better hurry.” I said to Skyla. She groaned and rolled her eyes, she and Evren didn’t get along because Skyla beloved in magic and dragons and Evren was a disappointing realist  who thought magic was merely “ superstition.”  Finally i decided to get dressed tonight i wore a one-shoulder ruby red dress with a green belt and my grandfathers dragon-eye gem. The dragon-wye looked like a white moonstone but it had powers...supposedly.  I’d honestly never actually used dragon magic i owned my grandfathers journals  but no matter what i hadn’t been allowed to open them. Just as Skyla and I were headed downstairs i felt something...warm, looking down i couldn’t Believe what i was plainly seeing, the dragon-eye was glowing!  Skyla’s eyes grew huge  and her mouth dropped open. “Kh my gods!  Echo you...you’re gliding! I-I mean you’re not but but the Dragon-Eye!” The Dragon-Eye only glided for one reason, there was a Dragon nearby. But how? As far as I or anyone else knew there hadn’t been a living dragon in 100 years.
