Modern day USA...sort of.

7 years ago the US as we know it was a thriving country full if blended cultures and beliefs. That summer though everything changed when a magically gifted royal family attacked. If you had a permanent house you were spared but  orphans, street kids and homeless p poole were changed  becoming “the  Changed Ones.” Changed ones were cursed to live as colorful.  Talking animals at  night and human slaves by day.

Oscar was 10 when he became a slave having been a street kid for a year prior. He was mistreated by his first “owners.” Whim denied him basic necessities like adequate food and clothes. In his animal form, a blue and purple owl. He had some semblance of freedom but due to the curse he alwats had to return. At least he was one of the first 10 people to be changed as effected on his gold-chained owl tattoo. So he) to a degree) can choose when he return tw yea shuman form as long as it is before noon everyday. He however, cannot choosE when he returns to dhis I won’t form. Almost a year ago now thigh Oscar found himself sold tp the  Reys family  and mr. Reyes’s   Daughter calliope “Cali” us very much against what happened to people like Oscar. Cali is kind to him and treats him like an equal...when her mom’s not looking.

Calliope Retaathe hates the royals who cursed and  hurt innocents. She also hates how her own mother treats Oscar. Her fathet knows that Cali boars the idea how “laves are treated. Cali will stop at nothing to help those oppressed by “the royals.” Even if that means  complete-utterly destroying The royals magic.


Princess Tania is is a rebel in every sense  she is even leading a secret rebellion to break the curse kn the Changed ones.in public she’s the perfect daughter, alwats Beautiful and quiet. Behind classed doors though she fights her parents and older brother on just about anything. Sge can’t understand how they’ve convinced themselves that the once street-folk are better off as slaves and  then they aren’t even allowed to stay-human.

Personality: she hares her full name and rarely answers to it, claiming it’s too fancy  fir her. She’s fun, adventurous and speaks her mind. She’s Nucor to slaves than  her  peers. And is loyal to people she considers to be friends. Sge can come off as a mother hen sometimes but most people don’t care.  In school she’s popular but only because she’s pretty as mosr of her peers don’t share het  views.

Role: Changed-One (at night he becomes a blue and purple owl)
Appearance: (human) as a human he has shoulder-length black hair, dark blue eyes, medium skin. He’s slender but strong from doing @chores” he prefers softer collars such as light blue and cream.he has a tattoo of an owl with gold chains around ut’s ankles attempting to fly i
On his right shoulder and he wears long-sleeves to hide it.

Personality: he does shat he’s told but only because he has to. He’s quiet both by choice and because he’s technically not allowed to have an opinion. He usually keeps to himself but us more open around Cali. He would do anything to protect het and keep her safe even if that means he won’t be able to get away from danger.


Princess Tania
Age 18
Gender: girl
Role: royal by birth, rebel by choice

AppearancE: waist length platinum on hair, light blue eyes, light skin, slender, tall. She wears black and dark red as a secret sign that she’s a rebel.

Personality: to the public guy in the outside world she’s a perfect princess beautiful kind quiet. But behind closed doors she fight to parents on almost everything and leads a secret rebellion to save the slaves and break their cars at her parents that on them she is fierce, loyal and defiant.That is to say loyal to her cause not her family

Adrian Fierro
Age 18
Gender male
Role free humanred

Appearance: dark skin, amber colored eyes, short black hair. He wears expensive clothes always name brands always dark.

Personality: as the new heir to his uncles business he is cold and unfriendly basically everything his dead cousin wasn’t. He is Calculating and only befriends people he thinks will help him look good. He hates the Changed-Ones and the one under his uncles control he hates the most going so far as to take what little food she gets and making her earn it again by blaming her messes he makes. Needless to say he barely tolerate calliope, his neighbor and schoolmate but he keeps  trying to impress het because it’d be an advantageous relationship for his uncles Business. Also needless tp say he i’m boars Oscar and will physically hurt him when calliope isn’t looking or, sometimes he attacks Oscar only to claim Oscar hurt him first. That usually fails though.

Age 17

Role Changed-One (she becomes a pastel pink/blue/purple l raccoon)

Appearance: (human) in her true form she has light blonde hair that’s in a pageboy style, sjy blue eyes, light skin, she’s short and slender. She wears pastels and has light-pink glittery plastic rimmed glasses. Her tattoo is of a raccoon with gold shackles on it’s forepaws.

Personality: sweet kind and quiet she’s shy  because of people treat her. Dispute Adrian’s abuse towards her she tries to be kind to him. She works hard and almost never complains, certainly never in front of the Fierro family. She never met Adrian’s younger cousin but imagines that they too were perhaps disliked as well.  In her raccoon form she’s pastel pink, lavender and light blue. Her eyes also become large light pink and glittery.

Ah-ha! I made a connection! Albeit a loosse one but i just made up a cousin for Alex who’s her opposite  (i lnow Alex us actuallyy a “her” i just lucked a gender) the cousin is 18, named Adrian  (yes AF i did that on purpose) and is someobe Alex’s lame  excuse  For a dad might like i’ll post the updated OCs  so you can see what i mean.

Oh nov i got another idea for a story. Have you ever heard of “Watchover Voodoo dolls”? They’re not like creepy Voodoo they each  have little messages   Pertaining To what they are for. They have names like Vampira, Caffine Queen, Saga girl warrior re male some female a few neither anyway  my idea is to build a world  where there are “Watchers” some are Warriors  some  artists  etc each one would have a “Fate” a  Fate is a human or fae that a watcher is assigned to guide or... if they fail the  Fate is most likely dead and the Watcher DOES die hence why it’s called a “Fate” en the relationship between a Fate and Watcher is varied they could be fruends, sibling-like or more like BF/GF and beyond.
