Can dusk ball get a x4 effect?

Say its night and Im catching heatran who is in the stark Mt. Will dusk balls double catch rate add one?

Yes they do. The catch rate rises to 3.5 if I did math right.

No. The effect does not stack. However, the catch rate is still 3.5, whether you use it at night, cave, or both.
