Is a Swift Swim Magikarp faster than Deoxys-Speed?

Just wanted to ask, because of the "Is Magikarp faster than a Dialga" Question.

Hmm, wow! It actually is!

SS Magikarp in Rain (Full EVs and Timid nature) = 568.

S-Deoxys (Same EVs and Nature) = 504.

Cool.

Source= Test. BTW, they both have perfect Speed IVs.
