With try and space your evs out more for example your sets evs gives you 26 hp 14atk and 9speed
You can run 196hp 200atk and 0speed and have the same stats that leaves you with 114 left.
Evs are differant in lc you dont even need to use them all.

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Super Fang
- Substitute
- Ice Beam
A stalling set is probably best.
Evoite buffs its defs while super fang halfs pokemons hp and toxic stalls.
