Storm drain and water absorb question?

If a pokemon used a water type move, which one will take the damage?

A Pokemon with water absorb with is immune to water attacks, and have 1/4 of its HP restored, Storm Drain draws all water attacks to that Pokemon and raises their SpA 1 stage. They are immune to Water Type moves just like Water Absorb.

Storm drain pokemon actually don't take the hit. It just raises their special attack.

It was supposed to add that they are now immune to Water Type moves, but forgot to mention it :p.  Also, it is said in the comments of the previous answer.
