Is there any way to get a Dragonite in Diamond without trading?

I just really want a Dragonite.

Behind Waterfall in Mt. Coronet (Fish w/ Super Rod) that will get you a dratini, level it up.

Sure, you can find a dratini deep in the bowels of mt. coronet(fishing or surfing I think) then you just have to go through the greuling process of getting it all the way to level 41 and boom - Dragonair, then all the way to level 55, and boom - DRAGONITE
