Yep, but if you use moves and abilities there are:
Tynamo, Eelectrik, and Eelectross with levitate

Also Pikachu, Raichu, Electabuzz, Mareep, Flaaffy, Ampharos, Jolteon, Voltorb, Electrode, Pichu, Raikou, Plusle, Minun, Elekid, Electrike, Manetric, Shinx Luxio, Luxray, Electrivire, Pacharisu all by using Magnet Rise

Spiritomb and Sablye

They are the only ones I can think of. You could count this one that doesn't work because it doesn't effect it. I saw it on the internet about a year ago and thought it was cool.
Shedinja uses Protect, then Alakazam uses Skill Swap. Then Shedinga switches to Sablye and Alakazam uses Skill Swap. Invincible Sablye!

If anyone else knows any I missed please comment.

No. Ghost/Dark is the only one not counting abilities.

Just adding this example because it hasn't been mentioned.

If you count abilities, then a Dark/ Poison type w/ Levitate would have no weaknesses.

E.g. Drapion is only weak to Ground - Psychic is x0, and Fight/ Bug are both x1 - so taking this example, if a new Dark/ Poison type appears with the ability levitate, then Ground would be x0 (or if Magnet Rise was baton passed to Drapion, or if it was holding a balloon).

Another combo would be a Water/ Ground Pokemon w/ Sap Sipper. Grass and Electric would be x0.

If you don't count abilities/ moves/ items, then the Dark/ Ghost combination is the only one that has no weaknesses.
