How can I get past the two galactic grunts in Mount Coronet?

It's actualy my brother that wants to know, anyway , there are 2 grunts blocking some stairs and they say there's too much fog and stuff...

Get a Pokemon with Defog and put it in your party. Then, you should be able to cross.
EDIT: Did you beat the Veilstone HQ yet? Maybe that's it. What game to you have, D/P or Platinum?

its not the fog thats blockin me , its the galactic grunts. ther blockin the stairs to get down to the fog
