There is no pokemon in our UU tier who meets all 3 of those Reguirements, but this guy still does what you need and well.

These are just reccomended sets.

Now he has the amazing Defense stat, and both needed resistances, although his Hp Makes him lack slightly, although he still makes an amazing candidate for any UU team.

Hmm, I actually think that'll be a cool choice, with Decent enough Defense and hp Stats, and a 4X resistance to both types, you'll bulk off alot of crap.

81 hp
77 def
and resists bug and fighting

and manibuzz is very defensive with
110 hp
105 def

but it doesn't resist bug or fighting and isn't weak to them

but doesn't resist bug or fighting

unless im completely blind this pokemon doesnt exist, this is the closest i could find
