Does black sludge heal tera stellar Pokemon?

If I tera a Pokemon to tera stellar (stellar type?) will a black sludge heal or hurt it, bc tera stellar is weird...

For Pokémon that are normally Poison-type, even when terastalized to the Stellar-type, they still heal from Black Sludge.

Clodsire has Terastallized into the Stellar-type!

Clodsire restored a little HP using its Black Sludge!

For Pokémon that aren't usually Poison-type, they still take damage from Black Sludge when terastalized to the Stellar-type.

The opposing Quagsire has Terastallized into the Stellar-type!
