Do Poison type Pokémon still heal from Black Sludge if their Tera Type is not Poison?

Question

I am considering giving Black Sludge to some of my Poison type Pokémon, but I want to know first if Black Sludge would still work for them even when they are Terastallized into a different type; they already keep their original STABs, but I just want to make sure for this scenario.

Poison-type Pokémon that Terastallize and change their type (to anything other than Poison-) would not heal HP from Black Sludge.
