Zangoose has the ability Immunity, making it unable to be poisoned. It also has Toxic Boost as a hidden ability, making it do extra damage while poisoned. Do these abilities cancel eachother out, or does it gain the power boost?

Pokémon can only have 1 ablity at a time, so a Zangoose will either have Immunity or Toxic Boost. If it has the ability Immunity, the Toxic Orb won't do anything, but if it has the ability Toxic Boost, it gets the attack buff after getting poisoned by the Toxic Orb.
To resume, the effect that a Toxic Orb has on a Zangoose depends of its ability.

It says Toxic Boost is a "Hidden Ability", I assumed it meant both would apply at the same time? Am I incorrect?
"Hidden Abilities are basically the same as other ablilties, except that they are harder to obtain for the most part.
https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hidden_Ability explains what Hidden Abilities are pretty well.
So either a Pokémon has its Hidden Ability, or it has one of its regular abilities.
The way you get a toxic boost Zangoose depends on the game, but you still can't have toxic boost and immunity on the same Zangoose at the same time.

If the question is both abilities hypothetically cancelling each other out, then yeah Immunity would cancel out Toxic Boost since Zangoose would never get poisoned by the Toxic Orb. If it's not hypothetical though, then you can't have more than one ability at a time, therefore you'd either get the boost or have nothing depending on ability. In other words:

Immunity: Zangoose won't get a boost or any poison
Toxic Boost: Zangoose WILL get poisoned, but it'll get an attack boost.
Both: Nothing would happen since Immunity would just prevent Toxic Boost from activating.
