What happens when you are poisoned holding toxic orb and you rest?

Will you regain the Poisoned Status After Switching Out and Back In or are you already Poisoned when you Wake up?

When you Rest, you will be cured of status. Toxic Orb poisons you at the end of the turn and you wake up from Rest at the beginning of your turn.

So you will Wake Up, attack, wait for everyone else to make their moves, then be poisoned by the Toxic Orb before you get to choose your next move.
