I was looking to shiny hunt Iron Hands, but I am worried about them having Wild Charge and fainting. I have only seen them using Charge but move Iron Hands in Area Zero are above level 56 which is the level that Iron Hands can get the move. Do any of the Iron Hands have the move Wild Charge? Thank You.

Sandshrew, Sandslash, Jolteon (Volt Absorb), Gligar, and Gliscor are all immune to Electric and can learn False Swipe.

Iron Hands does learn Wild Charge at Lvl 56, but they can be encountered in Area Zero between Levels 52-60.
So, if you shiny hunt them at or below Lvl 55, you shouldn't have to worry about them Wild Charging.

Yes, all Iron Hands in Area Zero that are level 56 and above will have Wild Charge. As the moves of wild Pokémon are based on the latest they can learn through level-up, Iron Hands at those levels will have Force Palm, Seismic Toss, Charge and Wild Charge. To avoid any recoil damage, simply use any Ground type, such as Iron Treads and Gabite (which can also be caught in The Great Crater of Paldea with Iron Hands), as they are immune to Electric moves. As a result, Wild Charge won't deal damage and Iron Hands will not take recoil damage.

As Iron Hands can be found at levels below 56, those Iron Hands will have Slam instead of Wild Charge. As there's no real way to encounter just lower leveled Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, you'll be likely to encounter either interchangeably.

To add on to this, a ground/ghost type like palossand completely walls iron hands, because if they don't have Wild Charge, they have Slam, so OP can use that if they want to be super extra.

Also, you should probably add that iron hands can be encountered at lower levels than 56.
Mhm, however, as Seismic Toss deals a set amount of damage, it can still hit Palossand.
Seismic Toss is fighting type and doesn't hit ghost types in Gen 9.
Oh, right, I thought that was the case outside of Gen I, my bad.
