Where to grind Speed EVs in BDSP?

Is there any good places for grinding speed EVs for my gible. Im planning to use it against Cynthia's Garchomp and I need to outspeed to land two dragon claws( since it has an attack lowering nature0. Also I would like to know where to get a haban berry to reduce the power of the foe's dragon claw.

Finally, for Speed, on Route 205 North, Fisherman Andrew has a party of six Magikarp that offer 6 Speed EVs total per battle. Combine this with a Macho Brace and you get 12 EVs per battle, and with a Power Anklet you receive 30 Speed EVs per battle.

A Haban Berry can be obtained via the Berry Woman in the southwestern house in Pastoria City.
