Are the odds the same for every encounter in a nuzlocke?

I keep encountering Zigzagoon when I hope for a different encounter.

The game doesn't know when you're playing a Nuzlocke. The Pokemon attacking Professor Birch in Emerald is always a Zigzagoon, though.

Like others said, just unlucky, as the game doesn’t know what you’re doing. You can look up the encounter rates per route

The odds don't change, the game doesn't know you're doing a Nuzlocke because it's self-implyed rules.
