For example, Greninja is available in S/V but not in Sw/Sh.

But greninja is in S/V as a raid and in the Terapagos DLC. I believe that Centiscorch is one of the pokemon you are looking for
But the asker wants the mons in S/V that aren't in Sw/Sh (like Crabominable), not the other way around.
I forgot.
Would event Pokemon could as well, or no?

The list of Pokemon are ordered by the line's earliest appearance in the National Pokedex. All Pokemon accessible through either game's DLC is accounted for. Pokemon introduced prior to those added in Sword/Shield will be ignored, otherwise the vast majority of them would be present on this list.
