What are the chances of getting a Pokemon w/ a Modest or Adamant natuure?

You have a 4% chance of getting each one (25 natures total) or an 8% chance of getting one or the other. If you want a specific nature, then try using a pokemon with synchronize with the nature you want while catching pokemon. This will give a good chance for the wild pokemon to have the same nature. You can also breed a pokemon while the parent is holding an everstone and get the same result.
