The following moves always have a 100% crit rate:

• Flower Trick
• Frost Breath
• Storm Throw
• Surging Strikes
• Wicked Blow
• Zippy Zap

Other notes:
1. If a Pokemon has Merciless and its target is poisoned, every move the former uses will land a critical hit.
2. If a Pokemon uses Laser Focus, its next move will result in a critical hit.
3. Beginning in Generation VI, any Pokemon with +3 or +4 in critical hit stages will always execute a critical hit. Note that moves with a high critical hit rate start with a +1 modifier.
