Do you still get the Pokedex entry for regional forms even if the regional form is only in the DLC dex?

For example, I get an Alolan Raichu from a random trade room in HOME, and then transfer it to Sword. Will I still get a Pokedex entry for A. Raichu, or is it bound to the Isle Of Armor dex?

You will get a Pokedex entry for the regional form.

I transferred an Alolan Raichu to a file of Shield that didn't have the DLC dex and I got the entry for Alolan Raichu.

Because the forms are included in the game as of the 1.3 update, you will get the Pokedex entry
