I recall reading somewhere that Galar is separated into four sections, which have no significance in-game but can be learned from clothing options in the DLC. I've since been unable to find the post where I found this information.

The northernmost section containing Wyndon is known as the Rondelands, evidenced by Chairman Rose's hotel (Rose of the Rondelands). What are the other three, and if the information is available, what routes and cities do they encompass?

Update: according to https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_clothing_(Sword_and_Shield) , the four sections are the Feldlands, Middlelands, Auldlands, and Rondelands. It doesn't say anything about which cities/routes are part of which areas though.
midlands more like mid land oooo ooooo ooo
well it is based on britain
Well, based on where you can buy them, it seems like Feldlands is the bottom quarter, (bought in Wedghurst,) Middlelands is the second quarter, (bought in Motostoke,) Auldlands is the third quarter, (bought in Hammerlocke,) and Rondelands is the top quarter, (bought in Circhester.

I really don't want to download imgur again to draw lines on this picture, but by looking at a map of Galar it's pretty easy to separate it into quarters, especially considering the four cities that are known to be in four different quarters

is this what MonkeyBusiness meant by how the map is supposed to be?

(sorry if the thing is messy, the image was really big and I couldn't zoom in)
Basically, the blue area is the Feldlands, the red the Middlelands, Auldlands is yellow and Rondelands is green
Yeah I think that's right, other than that in my opinion the southern wild Area should be part of the Feldlands
I thought of that, and that makes much more sense because Motostoke is already big

The blue area is the Feldlands, the red area is the Middlelands, and the yellow area is the Auldlands, and the green is the Rondelands. Note that the Northern Wild Area might not be part of the Middlelands, but actually part of the Auldlands, and Route 7, 8 and Spikemuth might also not be from the Auldlands, but the Rondelands (Circester to White Hill Station and Wyndon). And the Southern Wild Area is most likely part of the Feldlands, but I don't have enough time to edit it.

Sorry if the image is too big / messy. Basically the names are Feldlands (Around Wedgehurst until Motostoke), Middlelands (The Motostoke Oval until the Northern Wild Area), Auldlands (Hammerlocke and until Ballonlea) and Rondelands (Wyndon and the area around Circester [maybe Route 7 / Route 9 Tunnel / Spikemuth]).
