When you breed different forms of Paldean Tauros, are you always guaranteed the same form as the parent?

I'm just curious if you bred, for example a blaze breed, what form would all of its babies be?

Yes.
My Combat Breed always had Combat Breed offspring, and my Aqua Breed always had Aqua Breed offspring. Even though I didn't specifically test Blaze Breed, it's the same case, because the offspring are always the same as the form you're breeding.
