Would Glimmet be any good with Eviolite or Scarf/Specs?

Question

I've just been wondering whether Glimmet would be any good, since it's SpA stat is quite high for an NFE. Eviolite sets with Toxic Debris could be good, but can anyone help?

Yes, Glimmet is actually one of the better NFEs, being ranked PU in the Smogon tiering system, as well as being one of the top LC Pokémon and decent in NFE metagame as well. Its most common role is of a hazard setter with either Focus Sash or Eviolite, abbusing Toxic Debris and its high damage output like Glimmora in OU. Its not used as a Scarfer or Specs user as often as its evolution though.
