Using this site’s BST organizer, I’ve compiled this list. To clear up confusion, I’ll put mythicals in a separate list as well.

Legendaries in BST order, ascending:

  • Kyurem (660)
  • Zacian (660)
  • Zamazenta (660)
  • Kyogre (670)
  • Groudon (670)
  • Regigigas (670)
  • Koraidon (670)
  • Miraidon (670)
  • Mewtwo (680)
  • Lugia (680)
  • Ho-Oh (680)
  • Rayquaza (680)
  • Dialga (680)
  • Palkia (680)
  • Giratina (680)
  • Reshiram (680)
  • Zekrom (680)
  • Xerneas (680)
  • Yveltal (680)
  • Solgaleo (680)
  • Lunala (680)
  • Eternatus (690)

Now, for the mythicals:

  • Just Arceus! (720)

To be clear, I did not include Pokémon like Hoopa whose base form has a BST lower than 650, but have an altered form higher.

Hope I helped!

I think you are missing Koraidon and Miraidon.
I... I'm confused because I know I put them on there. Lol. I think they blipped when I converted it to a list. I still have the Document I worked from open on my desktop, and they're right at the top. The order is different here than there as well.

Thank you

To anyone in the community who can explain what I could have done to cause that, it would be much appreciated. Lol
No problem!
