Does infiltrator bypass tera shields?

Question

I'm building a dragapult set for tera raids and want to know which one of its abilities is the best, and I can't decide between the three. Can't find the answer to this on reddit

Just tested this with my own Dragapult as I can find no data on this on the net and I can definitely say No, Infiltrator does nothing against Tera Raid Shields.

Status Moves will still be unable to be used and standard no Terastalized moves will still do severly reduced damaged.
