Gen 9 NU Sun Wallbreaker

Brute Bonnet @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Growth
- Bullet Seed
- Sucker Punch
- Crunch / Close Combat

This Growth Brute Bonnet set is for Sun teams for Gen 9 NU. When Sun is up, Brute Bonnet gets a boost in its attack stat, making it scary to switch into. Growth is Brute Bonnet's only move that can boost its attack stat, and when used in Sun, boosts the Attack stat by two stages, further boosting Brute Bonnet's breaking power. Bullet Seed is used for the Grass STAB since this set uses Loaded Dice, meaning Seed Bomb becomes a 100 BP or 125 BP move that hits multiple times, which is useful for Pokemon who randomly have a Focus Sash. Sucker Punch is used for a priority Dark STAB to hit faster Pokemon, which makes up for Brute Bonnet's speed stat. The last slot is honestly up to preference. I've been liking Crunch as it gives Brute Bonnet a Dark STAB it can use without relying on the opponent attacking. Crunch is also useful for better matchups against Vileplume, and Galarian Slowbro, as you can hit them without having to rely on them attacking to deal meaningful damage to them. Crunch is also useful against Tsareena since Sucker Punch gets blocked by Queenly Majesty. Close Combat can be used instead to hit opposing Brute Bonnet, Steel-types such as Copperajah and Registeel, and Hisuian Decidueye hard. Tera Dark allows Brute Bonnet to get a boost to Sucker Punch and Crunch if you use it. This set uses Max Speed with an Adamant Nature so Brute Bonnet can outspeed slower Pokemon such as Umbreon, Sylveon, Vileplume, and Dragalge.

Gen 9 UU (Support/Offense Prehistoric Sussy Mushroom):
Brute Bonnet @ Leftovers
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Spore
- Crunch
- Seed Bomb / Close Combat
- Synthesis

Sign spouts up randomly in the middle of the road saying "Be aware, aggressive mushrooms."
Yeah that's Brute Bonnet.
Brute Bonnet has great defenses of 111/99/99, however, the only thing holding it back is its typing.
So we give it tera fairy, bam, no bug, fighting, fairy, fire weaknesses anand with access to spore, this susshroom can shut down offensive threats trying to kill it, such as a Slither Wing or Lokix on the switch in.
Brute Bonnet also gets access to Synthesis, a great tool for a bulky Pokemon like Brute Bonnet, and with great stab moves, Brute Bonnet can deal some great chip damage for the whole team, it also gets access to close combat, making such Pokemon as Arboliva not so menacing anymore.
However, with first impression being very common, Brute Bonnet can suffer from Sleep Clause, making it an open threat to many Pokemon.
Lefties are self explanatory in my opinion.

Gen 9 UU (Offense shroom):
Brute Bonnet @ Life Orb / Choice Band
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Spore / Seed Bomb (If you are running choice band)
- Crunch
- Close Combat
- Sucker Punch

This set focuses mainly on Brute Bonnet's 127 base ATK instead, making it feel like a knockoff Breloom, Choice Band and Life Orb can both be run for damage, while I recommend Life Orb more, you can run Choice Band.

So here's the deal, you spore something (or just mindlessly attack if you are band I guess), then you attack it. Simple. That's breloom.
Tera Fighting is just for CC stab. Sucker Punch is there for priority, because priority always rocks.
We aren't running Seed Bomb on our Life orb set due to Crunch and CC handling most mons perfectly.
We ran seed bomb in our band set due to me not wanting to run outrage.

Gen 9 NU Assault Vest

Brute Bonnet @ Assault Vest
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Poison / Dragon
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Seed Bomb
- Sucker Punch
- Close Combat
- Crunch

Assault Vest Brute Bonnet has been getting used in Gen 9 NU on balance teams and even Sun teams to an extent. Brute Bonnet cannot use Spore as a form of utility due to the Sleep Moves ban done by OU. Therefore, Brute Bonnet turned to Assault Vest as it allows Brute Bonnet to check the Special Attackers in the tier with its Grass/Dark typing while having good offensive power. Seed Bomb is used for the Grass STAB since it is the most powerful physical Grass STAB Brute Bonnet has since it doesn't have Loaded Dice as the item. Sucker Punch is a nice Dark STAB to have to revenge kill faster Pokemon since Brute Bonnet is slow. Close Combat allows Brute Bonnet smack Steel- and Dark-types such as Registeel, Magnezone, Copperajah, opposing Brute Bonnet, Umbreon, and Scrafty. Crunch is used for a consitent Dark STAB Brute Bonnet can use so it doesn't have to rely on Sucker Punch for a Dark STAB since not every Pokemon will attack Brute Bonnet immediately.

Tera Poison allows Brute Bonnet to resist Fairy and Poison moves. Tera Dragon is an option so Brute Bonnet can resist Fire moves while still being able to resist Water and Electric moves. 252 Attack EVs are used with an Adamant Nature to give Brute Bonnet as much power as possible. 84 Speed EVs allow Brute Bonnet to outspeed Umbreon and Vaporeon. The rest of the EVs are used in HP for bulk.

Brute Bonnet Physical Sweeper

Brute Bonnet @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 172 HP / 144 Atk / 108 SpD / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Spore
- Seed Bomb
- Sucker Punch
- Close Combat

Close Combat is coverage, and spore is broken. Sucker punch and seed bomb are dark and grass STABS. 84 Spe allows it to outspeed other mobs like opposing brute bonnet. Tera Poison is Brute Bonnet's Tera Type of choice, as it allows it to resist Fairy, Poison, Bug and Fighting, which it usually take super-effective damage from.
