Revavroom @ Life Orb / Heavy-Duty-Boots
Ability: Overcoat
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Shift Gear
- Iron Head / Spin Out
- Poison Jab / Gunk Shot
- Bulldoze / Tera Blast / Parting Shot

This mon is cool, but sadly gets basically no good coverage. Life Orb makes all of your moves sting more, but HDB can be used to remove chip damage (does Revavroom take chip damage from Spikes, by the way?). Tera Flying gives you immunity to your 4X weakness to Ground. Adamant Nature lets you hit harder, but Jolly allows you to not be revenge killed as easy. Shift Gear is setup that makes you really fast and hit harder. Iron Head is STAB and can flinch, but Spin Out hits harder, but removes your Shift Gear Speed boost. Poison Jab is STAB that can poison, but Gunk Shot hits harder but is less accurate. Bulldoze is coverage that lowers Speed, but Tera Blast with Tera Flying is STAB, however it doesn't give good coverage. If they give this thing that Fire type move that the Fire Team Star car gets, then replace Bulldoze / Tera Blast with it.

It wont take spikes damage unless it stays as flying type so thats good

Even though Revavroom has Shift Gear, it makes for a suprisingly good Choice Scarf user in Monotype.

Gen 9 Monotype Choice Scarf (Steel)

Revavroom @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Overcoat
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Gunk Shot
- Toxic Spikes
- Parting Shot

This is a Choice Scarf set Revavroom can use on Steel teams in Gen 9 Monotype. Choice Scarf Revavroom allows Revavroom to serve as a revenge killer and an offensive pivot. This set puts in work as long as there are no Poison- and Steel-types alive on the opposing team. Iron Head is used for a Steel STAB that has a chance to flinch opposing Pokemon. Gunk Shot is used for a powerful Poison STAB move provided you land it. Since Revavroom tends to force switches, it can utilize Toxic Spikes to spread poison against grounded Pokemon not wearing Heavy-Duty Boots, which helps wear down bulky/defensive Pokemon. Parting Shot allows Revavroom to lower the Attack and Special Attack of opposing Pokemon and allows Revavroom to switch out. This set should be paired with Magnezone, as Magnezone can trap and weaken/eliminate Steel-types that wall Revavroom using Magnet Pull. Overcoat is used as the Ability since it is useful for being immune to lead Breloom's Spore as well as Vivillon's Sleep Powder.

Revavroom @Leftovers
Ability: Filter
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4HP
Nature: Adamant +Atk -Spa
-Shift Gear
-Poison Jab/Bulldoze
-Iron Head
-Tera Blast

Iron Head and Poison Jab are for decent hitting STAB, Shift Gear for fun setting up, Tera Blast to counter both its weaknesses since Water is the only type strong to both Fire and Ground. Even at pure water type, it is good defensively because no one would dare bring a grass type against a Pokemon resisting it by 4x, so Electric is the only type Revavroom fears, so Bulldoze will be an alternative option but even though super effective Bulldoze is just as strong as STAB poison jab, Bulldoze can lower speed which could be nice for Revavroom, and since it is a ground type move, it is super effective against 5 types which is very good compared to poison's 2 types.

The First(I think?) Pokemon to be able to reliably be fast in and out of trick room - VGC
Revavroom @ Room Service
Ability: Overcoat
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 177 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 75 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shift Gear
- Protect
- Spin Out
- Tera Blast
Ev'd to outspeed Ursaluna under Trick Room after a Spin Out.
Shift Gear if Trick Room Won't be set up or to fight the speed loss from Spin Out and Room Service. This could have a niche in VGC, so try it out!

Revavroom @ Black Sludge
Ability: Filter
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 200 Atk / 180 SpD / 128 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Poison Jab / Gunk Shot
- Spin Out
- Thief / Assurance
- Magnet Rise

• REVAVROOM •
☻[Tera-type] : Poison.
☺[Ability] : Filter (25% immune to super effective moves) - This is one of the best Abilities.
♦♦♦ [Item] : Black Sludge (to gradually gain back 1/16 of ur total HP - incase of those with the move "Thief" , had better use this item with only benefits Poison-type.
•••> With Tera-type Poison so you dont have to worry about fire-type no more, also the status move : Magnet Rise makes the x4 Ground-types temporarily meaningless to this Pokemon that;s why after terastallizing its only Weakness that's left is Psychic-type with only 1.5 super-effective Damage towards us due to the Ability "Filter", so with Hp regain each turn, I think is temporarily enough.
♠ ♠♠ [EVs] : 200 [Atk] / 180 [Spe.Def] / 128 [Speed]
♣♣♣ [Nature] Adamant / Jolly
but tobe honest, as this Pokemon can access to a very BROKEN move "SPIN-OUT" with the effect of Harshly lowering target's SPEED STAT - We aint need Jolly pretty no more.
♥♥♥ [Move-Set] :
----1️⃣ Poison Jab (it's the Tera-Type Move witch is then boosted the BP by double)
Or if you think 20% of Missing an Attack is Worth risking the quite powerful move : "GUNK SHOT" with BP of 120 and 240 after terastalization then Go with it, I find it really confusing choose 1 out of these.
----2️⃣ Spin Out (Steel-type STAB move with totally Broken Base Power and Added effective - Totally BROKE Move)
----3️⃣ Thief (60 Bp - Dark-type Move to calm down ur only Weakness during Tera : those Psychic-witches) , this move in some cases may get you an item.
or if want a more potentially powerful move then goda head pick : Assurance. (also 60 BP but can possibly get boosted as Doubled.)
----4️⃣l Magnet-Rise (Status move that blesses you under immunity to the Castastrophe X4 Weakness in the next 5 turns- its definitely a MUST-HAVe-MOVE for this Pokemon.
After Tera and use this Move, ur Weakness is down to only one (Psychic-type).

You’re missing 4 EVs, Spin Out drops the user’s Speed, and Magnet Rise does not work with Assault Vest.
thank you for the moveset! i will try it out!
yeah my bad i totally forgot that assault vest blocks status moves. I edited my answer alrdy. And the EVs was up there from the beginning tho.
EVs should total 508, but you have 504.

REV UP (Revavroom) @ Metal Coat
Ability: Filter
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 152 HP / 104 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shift Gear
- Poison Jab
- Iron Head
- High Horsepower

If you play League of Legends and you used Warwick's Hyena skin, you can use his Blood Hunt ability and he'll scream REV UP right before cackling like a Lion King Hyena. Because Hyena Warwick has a motor engine attached to his back, I named Revavroom REV UP because of it's engine design. The Metal Coat was a item that isn't my favorite but it's literally all I could think of. And boosted again by the Steel Tera makes Revavroom's Iron Head very strong. There's also Poison Jab for Poison STAB. High Horsepower deals with the Fire weakness and Shift Gear is absolutely necessary because of the lack of real Speed stats despite being a CAR. The Jolly Nature does in fact help with Speed but it's minimal without Shift Gear
