If a Dusknoir Will-o-Wisps my Grimmsnarl and it uses Darkest Lariat will the damage still be as it should or will it be ×1?

The Dusknoir took less damage from the burned Grimsnarl than the healthy Grimsnarl.
So no, Darkest Lariat does not ignore burn.
