Yes. There are a lot of status Z moves that remove negative stat changes along with their regular effect. Z swords dance, disable, leech seed, agility, double team, recover, minimize, barrier, amnesia, softboiled, spore, acid armour, rest, substitute, cotton spore, protect, perish song, endure, swagger, milk drink, atrract, baton pass, morning sun, synthesis, moonlight, swallow, follow me, helping hand, tail glow, slack off, iron defense, calm mind, dragon dance, roost, rock polish, nasty plot, heal order, dark void, automize, rage powder, quiver dance, coil, shell smash, heal pulse, shift gear, cotton guard, king's shield, shore up and floral healing all remove negative stat changes. I don't think there are any regular moves that do that.
