Does the ability Hustle activate when using a Max Move (i.e. when Dynamaxed)?

Yes. Abilities don't lose effect when a Pokemon dynamaxes. Only items do.

Actually, there a few exceptions, like Gorilla Tactics and Sheer Force, that are disabled while Dynamaxed. Hustle, however, is not affected by Dynamax.

Hustle will work during Dynamax.
