Is Drednaw or Quagsire more effective for a SwSh playthrough?

I am playing through Sword right now (I just started, actually, i'm progressing to Turrfield to my 1st gym badge) and I have both of these. Which one is better?

Quagsire
Pros:
One weakness in grass
Ok bulk
Useful typing
Good Hidden Ability

Cons:
Slow
Lower base stats then Drednaw
Most of its best move are egg moves
No good coverage moves
No amazing attacking stat
It’s only good ability is it’s Hidden Ability

Drednaw
Pros:
Great Attack stat
Decent bulk
Good abilities
Good coverage
Higher base stat total

Cons:
Lots of weaknesses
Slow
Sp Defence is not too good
Not the best in important battles with its STAB moves ( e.g. gyms, rival battles)

Overall
I’d choose Drednaw as it is a superior Pokémon. Definitely go for Quagsire if it seems better for you but personally Drednaw is better in most aspects
