Which moves in RSE prevent a Pokemon from escaping?

I'm attempting to catch Latias, and I need one of those moves.

Abilities would also work, but for ones that effect Latias(not Arena Trap)

Block, Wrap, Bind, Fire Spin, Clamp, Whirlpool, Mean Look, and Sand Tomb are all trapping moves. Shadow Tag is a trapping ability.

Mean look is what I would choose, as you can get it on zubat. You learn it on level 36. You can also catch a wobuffet, as it has the ability shadow tag.
