Should I risk trying to catch Kyogre without a Master Ball?

I feel like I shouldn't, and should just use the Master Ball, what do you think? This is for my Sapphire Nuzlocke for those who don't know.

While you could soft reset infinitely until you catch it, this is antithetical to a Nuzlocke. You should just use your Master Ball — there's no better target and you don't want more deaths than necessary.

Thanks, just wanted to be sure of it, now that I think of it, not using the Master Ball would be kinda stupid.
