Ability: Slush Rush
Level: 5
EVs: 76 Atk / 196 Def / 236 SpD
Impish Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard
- Super Fang / Iron Head / Knock Off

Stealth Rock sets up hazards on your opponent, while Rapid Spin removes your own. Ice Shard is priority STAB. The last move is up to you: Super Fang can break through Pokemon like Mareanie better, Iron Head is powerful STAB, and Knock Off is a detriment to all those Eviolite, Berry Juice, and Life Orb users in the tier.

36 HP / 236 Atk / 36 Def / 196 Spe

- Icicle Crash/Ice Punch/Triple Axel

- Earthquake

Physical Sweeper. At 28 Speed in Hail, it outspeeds the entire unboosted LC Meta, and and +2 can wreck some serious damage. Ice Type STAB depends on how much you trust RNG. I personally like to go inbetween with Icicle Crash, but all 3 work. Iron Head is STAB and Earthquake is coverage.

Careful Nature
- Triple Axel
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock

Use as a lead. Triple Axel is STAB. Stealth Rock to set up, Rapid Spin clears hazards on your side, and Knock off to remove the opponent's lead's item, usually Eviolite or Lefties. Use this as a lead only, as there's really not a lot that you can do other than spam Triple Axel. EVs + Eviolite + Careful Nature (+SpD -SpA) give Sandshrew good bulk in both SpD and Def.

Physical Sweeper set.
Hail doubles Speed thanks to Slush Rush. Eviolite to give more bulk should you not outspeed. All other moves are STAB or coverage.
