Can you still EV train when a Pokemon is level 100

Question

Ok i didn't really know how to EV train but now i do can i still EV train level 100s cause i want them to be nice and ready for a level 100 battle

In Pokemon Black and White, you can EV train at LV 100 if you have no EVs filled in your Pokemon. Since there Is a new EV training system, Now you can do that. In Gen IV games, you can gain the EVs, but not get the stat boost in the stat, so Its a waste.

You would have to remove all evs with ev reducing berries and then in Gen IV use the medicine but you would only have a maximum of 100 evs in 1 stat. In Gen V however you can use the same method to remove evs then just ev train normally and the stat boost will be auto-matic.
