Is the language the Kartana people speak in US an actual language or translation of another language?

They're speech is in English text, but every word that they use is "jibberish." I am wondering if this text is ancient Japanese, current Japanese, or something like that.

I don't know what language, but yes it's a actual language.
If you search it up in google adding meaning in english after it, you'll get the meaning of words they say.
