I use extreme killer arceus but sometimes steel/rock types outspeed and arceus takes dmg before it can equake them. It is currently invested in hp but shld it be invested in speed instead?

Edit: moveset
Arceus @ Chople Berry
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Shadow Claw

Which format?
National-dex-ag
Yes. Most probably, it can be gen 4-7 ubers or gen 4-7 Ag too
See the tag!
Okay that makes more sense
What item?
Oh yeah i would also like to ask. Im currently giving it chople berry but is lum berry better to protect it from status better
Just invest enough speed to outpace the rock types and dump all the remaining evs into hp
Life Orb does well, you just need to protect Arceus from being burned
I would run 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Jolly/Adamant nature, if you focus on speed, use Jolly
No. Life orb is the best item for extreme killer. You do not want your victims to survive with a slither of hp. You're basically not a killer anymore if you don't risk you're own life
Im more worried abt the turn i setup sd
Some can ko it without chople berry
Can you put on your moveset
- 276 Speed according to Showdown
- Change Chople berry to Life Orb because Showdown thinks you’re not an extreme killer and a bulky attacker
- Replace 252 HP EVs with 252 Spe EVs and just randomly use the last 4 EVs for HP, Def or SpD
- Change to Jolly nature
Looks something like this:
Arceus @ Life Orb
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Shadow Claw
But then it can be koed by mega lopunny and co
Which of mega Lopunny’s move? And why would anyone use Mega Lopunny the only thing you need to worry about is Zacian it outspeeds you and has Close Combat but just switch in to Calyrex-Shadow to deal with it
But i dont use calyrex shadow
May I see your whole team?
I have no idea why Zekrom
Cuz after DD it can do heck lot of damage and it has some bulk
Speed is probably better cuz arceus has amazing natural bulk and HP
I’ve used ExtremeKiller Arceus since Gen 5, and I’ve always gone with a bulky 252Atk, 252HP and 6 Speed with an adamant nature.

I also prefer Recover over Earthquake, as it allows you to set up Swords dance more often.
I don’t get it, I loooovveee arceus cause it’s like literally every type and really strong and you’re leaving it normal type :0
@Hawk marron normal Arceus is the best in offensive that's why they are using it :P

Status isn't a worry much. After a +2 Arceus can OHKO most things, and status should be only worried in balance teams, not Hyper offensive builds like yours.

But then it can be koed by mega lopunny and co

Definitely not M-Lopunny but Close Combat from Zacian-C is much concerning, and it pretty much 6.0s the team.
Chople Berry isn't required on Hyper Offensive teams. As such, Life Orb is much better.

Cuz after DD it can do heck lot of damage and it has some bulk

Still, Mega Rayquaza is better, but we are discussing about Arceus not your team.

I’ve used ExtremeKiller Arceus since Gen 5, and I’ve always gone with a bulky 252Atk, 252HP and 6 Speed with an adamant nature.
I also prefer Recover over Earthquake, as it allows you to set up Swords dance more often.

Indeed, but this team is incredibly slowed down by Bulky Arcues when all of your Pokemon have Max Atk Max Sp.atk and Max Speed. Recover shouldn't be chosen since this team edges towards offense, and Earthquake beats Dusk Mane which can tank +2 Shadow Claws.
Also, consider a mixed set with Ice Beam, since +2 Earthquake OHKOes Calyrex-S.

Ice Beam is the preferred fourth move due to its ability to OHKO untransformed defensive Zygarde-C without Dynamaxing. A Naughty nature is preferred in order to take priority attacks from the likes of Mega Rayquaza and opposing Arceus slightly better without compromising Arceus's offensive presence. A Naive nature may be run in order to outspeed Jolly Mega Rayquaza and at worst Speed tie with opposing Arceus.

Here's the set:
Arceus @ Life Orb
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 228 Atk / 28 SpA / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Swords Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam

A side note for the team, why Naughty Nature on Dusk Mane? The teambuilder incorrectly uses Photon Geyser as always special, so use Jolly or Adamant instead of Naughty. And Psychic Fangs on Sword Dog is bad, consider Swords Dance or Substitute. And Outrage on M-Ray is bad, Xerneas pretty much 6.0s after Geomancy.
Hope this helps!

:3 good
I did some calcs on my own and i feel its better to run 252 atk/252spe/4spa, naughty nature. It can still ohko zygarde 50 with ice beam but can now ohko mega rayquaza with extreme speed.
Do u hv any objections to my build?

And also after a fake out mega lopunny can ohko with hjk
No objections but why would anyone even use M-Lopunny in first place? M-Ray is more threatening by a mile.
