I just wanna make sure on this. Does its ability ignore substitute or is it protect it only ignores?

Contact moves can strike through Protect/Detect.

So Probably it doesn't strike through a Substitute.

Unseen Fist lets Pokémon deal damage when they attack with contact moves, even if the target is protected from the move.

Unseen Fist only ignores protection moves, those given in the link Category:Protection, such as Protect, Detect, etc. and not through Substitute, like how Infiltrator ignores Substitute.

Hope this helps!

No, it does not.

Neither Unseen Fist nor Wicked Blow has anything to do with ignoring Substitute. However, one of the benefits of Surging Strikes (the Rapid Strike signature move) as compared to Wicked Blow (the Single Strike move) is that if the opponent does have a substitute, it might break on the first hit and then you still have 2 hits left to deal damage to the regular health bar, instead of allowing the substitute to sop up the entire move.
