Are Pokémon with Battle Armor or Shell Armor immune to Wicked Blow and Surging Strikes?

A Pokémon with Shell Armor or Battle armor cannot receive critical hits, and Surging Strikes and Wicked Blow always end up with a critical hit, so does that make Pokémon with Shell Armor or Battle Armor immune to those two moves?

No, they would still hit they just wouldn't be critical hits.
