Some items are better on certain Pokemon than they are on another, not sure if there are really "best items". There are probably some common ones, but nothing can really be called the best.

Flapple does well with a Choice Band/Scarf, and if Lapras is your Gigantamax you could give it a Light Clay to increase G-Max Resonance.

Alolan Ninetales- Light Clay for Aurora Veil. Pretty simple.

Raichu- Focus Sash, since it's a support and has low defenses. A Life Orb can also be used if you're using an attacking set.

Tsareena- It really depends. Personally, I would use a Choice Scarf or a Life Orb (you can't use a Life Orb on both Raichu and Tsareena, though).
