Which Pokemon from the B/W/B2/W2 Pokedex are unavailable in X/Y?

I'm trying to determine which Pokemon I should transfer.

Snivy, Servine, Serperior, Tepig, Pignite, Emboar, Oshawott, Dewott, Samurott, Cottonee, Whimsicott, Darumaka, Darmanitan, Yamask, Cofagrigus, Frillish, Jellicent, Tynamo, Eelektrik, Eelektross, Elgyem, Beheeyem, Bouffalant, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus, Thundurus, Reshiram, Zekrom, Landorus, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect all can't be obtained in XY.

I’d just like to add on, that from list of Pokémon not in Gen 5, at least the Koffing line, Ratatta Line, Meowth Line (via trade with “Ruri” in Nimbasa City), Stantler, Misdreavus line, Slakoth line,  Baltoy line, Kricketot Line, Buneary Line, and the Finneon Line are all obtainable in at least one of the games listed.  Not all of them are in their game’s dex, however.   They were also all in the source, I just wanted to clarify that here in this comment.

The Blitzle line cannot be found in x and y. Actually Blitzle hasn't been able to be found in the wild since bw

Uh, Zebstrika can be found in Electric friend safaris, and you can breed it for Blitzle.
