I suppose I'll take a shot at this question:

I asked about this moveset on this thread, and I'll be referring to the response that I received to help.

First Things First

Is this set viable?
Viability wise, it isn't. Even without Lagging Tail, Reuniclus is still slow if you defeated the Pokemon that was holding Lagging Tail that you tricked the Lagging Tail on to. Dark Type Pokemon such as Urshifu can OHKO it before it can even use Trick. Also, Reuniclus really isn't meant to outspeed Pokémon in the metagame.

Teammates

If you still insist on using this set, here is what you need to consider:
Dark Type Pokemon (notably Tyranitar): Even if you somehow was able to Trick the Lagging Tail onto Tyranitar (maybe due to a predicted switch) , Reuniclus' only good option is Flash Cannon, which Tyranitar can still take due to the 1.5 SpD boost from Sand Stream. Tyranitar can also knock out Reuniclus due to its high attack, which can be higher due to Choice Band, Weakness Policy, or Dragon Dance.
Special Walls (notably Blissey): Blissey's HP and acccess to Softboiled can make it hard for Reuniclus to take out. Toxic can be a problem if you run Regenerator instead of Magic Gaurd.

According to the response, good partners would be Urshifu and Rillaboom, since they can take out special walls.

For movesets, maybe you can try these:

Rillaboom
Rillaboom @ Choice Band
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Grassy Glide
- High Horsepower
- Superpower
- U-turn

Urshifu @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Poison Jab
- Wicked Blow
- U-turn

In Conclusion:

While this set isn't really viable, Urshifu and Rillaboom could make good teammates for this set since they can both take out special walls and have access to U-Turn, which can cause Regenerator to become annoying.

Hope this helps.

isnt that Lagging tail make opponent always move last? Correct Me if im wrong
Yeah, but suppose you defeat the Pokemon holding Lagging Tail. I noted that once you knock out a Pokemon holding a Lagging Tail, Reuniclus won't be able to outspeed other Pokemon that aren't holding Lagging Tail.
https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Lagging_Tail#Effect I think you are correct. "Holder moves last in its priority bracket". I think it explains that.

Reuniclus is best suited towards bulky offense teams looking for a Calm Mind sweeper and sponge throughout the match. Reuniclus really appreciates Spikes support, so Ferrothorn and Skarmory make for excellent partners. Spikes help wear down Pokemon such as Tyranitar, Urshifu, and Hippowdon, and the aforementioned Spikes users have decent type-synergy with Reuniclus. Dark-types are usually Reuniclus' biggest problem, so Fighting and Fairy-types make for good partners. Clefable can support Reuniclus with Stealth Rock, and acts as a good answer to Tyranitar and Urshifu. Urshifu also makes for a great partner, easily taking on Tyranitar, while Reuniclus in return can help Urshifu against the likes of Toxapex and Clefable. Ghost-types such as Aegislash and Dragapult can force Reuniclus out, so Dark-types such as Mandibuzz and Tyrantiar make for great partners. Lastly, while Reuniclus can beat special walls such as Ferrothorn and Hippowdon one on one, a wallbreaker can make this a much less tedious task. As such, wallbreakers such as Specs Kyurem and Specs Magnezone can make for good partners.

I also very much recommend using a different moveset. Teach it calm mind to raise its stats, recover to heal without losing the calm mind boosts, psyshock to hit special walls and opposing calm mind users, and focus blast to hit dark and steel. Give it a life orb so it can use its item against multiple different opponents without having to use trick, and replace regenerator with magic guard to prevent damage from life orb, hazards, leech seed, and toxic. Give it 252 HP/212 Def/44 Spe to raise the defense stat that calm mind doesn't raise and outspeed 0 Spe Toxapex.

I recommend using a teammate like:

Gardevoir @ Choice Specs-to give Gardevoir's high SpA stat a little boost
Ability: Synchronize-to give status Pokemon bad karma
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature-to make Gardevoir as fast as possible in order to sweep any threats
- Moonblast
- Energy Ball
- Mystical Fire
- Psychic
Moonblast-STAB move to eliminate threats to your Reuniclus such as Tyranitar and Grimmsnarl that can lower your Reuniclus's SpA.
Psychic:-STAB move to eliminate Ghost types that will probably OHKO Reuniclus
Energy Ball-To KO Hippowdon with Yawn and Barraskewda with Crunch
Mystical Fire-To 0HKO or 2HKO threatening Pokemon against Gardevoir like Bisharp and Sticky Hold Accelgor that could also prove a threat against Reuniclus.

All in all, I recommend using Reuniclus first so you can help Gardevoir out by tricking the opponent with lagging tail. Accelgor with Sticky Hold can easily be demolished by Gardevoir's Mystical Fire.

Hopefully you would find this very helpful as right now I feel very tired typing this all down.

...Why? This Pokemon's strengths overlap so much with Reuniclus's. Where is the synergy? Why suggest Gardevoir over Alakazam in the first place? Alakazam is much faster and more powerful.
Psychic does not do super effective damage to Ghost-type, and that's irrelevant anyway because all the offensive Ghost-types in OU are faster than Gardevoir (i.e. Gengar, Dragapult) and will hit Gardevoir with super-effective STAB attacks. I don't think you have to worry about Accelgor in OU either.
I'll do better next time

Personally, I am not a very experienced OU player, more of a 2020 VGC player. However, I had a quick look over the list of gen 8 OU mons (Source is here! Please tell me if I am wrong)

When I first saw the question, know the phrase, "If you don't know what to do, just use Incineroar?
Well Reuniclus is gifted with a terrible defense stat, being a measly 75.
By having intimidate support, it could potentially increase it by 33% or: ~96 Base defense.
Not that I am trying to make it a mixed wall. However, it does get some niche tanks:
Also, I would change the EVs to:
132HP, 24 Def, 252sp.ATK+
Mainly because most mons in OU are physical attackers (Barreskwada, Cinderace, Rillaboom, MOST Dragapults, Conkeldurr, Bisharp, etc. etc.)
Some calcs with intimidate!!!
-1 252+ Atk Libero Cinderace U-turn vs. 132 HP / 124 Def Reuniclus: 86-104 (42.5 - 51.4%) -- 5.9% chance to 2HKO
Couldn't be bothered to change U-Turn into sucker punch. Same thing
-1 252+ Atk Choice Band Rillaboom Wood Hammer vs. 132 HP / 124 Def Reuniclus in Grassy Terrain: 153-181 (75.7 - 89.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery
Tanks this Wood Hammer Rillaboom when:
252+ Atk Choice Band Rillaboom Wood Hammer vs. 132 HP / 124 Def Reuniclus in Grassy Terrain: 229-271 (113.3 - 134.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Ouch
-1 252 Atk Life Orb Dragapult Phantom Force vs. 132 HP / 124 Def Reuniclus: 135-164 (66.8 - 81.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
When:
252 Atk Life Orb Dragapult Phantom Force vs. 132 HP / 124 Def Reuniclus: 205-244 (101.4 - 120.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Those are just a few.
Onto the 'Intimidator':
Because Reuniclus is prone to Dark, Ghost and Bug, the obvious support mon to go for would be....
Incineroar!
Arcanine is a nice alternative due to its speed and capability to snarl effectively.
However, Incineroar has much more bulk and can take out Ghosts with STAB:
0 Atk Incineroar Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Dragapult: 156-186 (95.7 - 114.1%) -- 75% chance to OHKO
Yikes!
Additionally, Incineroar has access to Fake-Out, leaving those who are unprepared in for a flinch + a clean-up from Reuniclus.

So the optimal moveset for Incineroar is:

Incineroar ADAMANT Nature (I prefer this due to its offensive pressure. However, any other non-hindering is fine)
@Assault Vest (to be a mixed wall) OR: Sitrus Berry (Because who doesn't love a tasty fruit?)
EVS: 232 HP, 56 Attack, 200 defense, 20 speed. ------ 20 speed is to outspeed most other 60 base speed mons (which is a LOT), not 4 because that is too common, 200 in defense because more than Half of OU are all physical sweepers, chuck 232 in HP because it will become a 2HKO or 3HKO rather than a OHKO, 56 in Attack to threaten Dragapult (Also gotta remember Dragapult will most likely go for Phantom Force turn 1).
Movepool:
Flare Blitz ------ Stab and for annoying threats like Rillaboom, Amoongus, Ferrethorn, Copperjah, Darmanitan
Darkest Lariat/Throat Chop ------ Depends. Because of dynamax, mons can boost their defense regularly/Corviknight using Iron defense. Darkest Lariat will ignore this (Though the main reason why you use it over Throat Chop is because of its extra 5 BP. Throat chop to stop Hyper Voice Spammers -- I'm looking at you Primarina and Sylveon).
Fake out - Duh
Parting Shot/Close Combat------ Parting Shot is optimal. However, I like close combat because of the shocked faces against other Incineroars ****That's funny.

More or less, Incineroar for its fake out, menacing offensive possibilities and Intimidate. Not too sure if you will agree. However, nothing can go too wrong with Incineroar.

I really don't want to rag on everybody who answers this question, but I feel obligated to call out iffy advice when I see it. :P
Incineroar isn't nearly as much of a mainstay in OU as it is in doubles formats. It's useable in OU, but its function is different and quite niche. Some of the strategies mentioned in the answer don't work in singles.
- To start, Cinderace was recently banned from OU. Barraskewda and Bisharp are uncommon Pokemon in OU, and physical Dragapult is considerably less popular than Specs and Hex pivot variants.
- The viability thread you looked at it outdated, which might explain some of the above. Here's the newer one (though it is not updated for the recent bans): https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/ss-ou-viability-ranking-thread.3666340/
- Because OU is a singles format, it's not nearly as easy to get Incineroar's debuffs on the opponent at the same time Reuniclus is on the field. Parting Shot helps, but using a teammate's Intimidate to boost defence is an inconsistent strategy because singles is so switch-heavy. Snarl is not used in singles.
- Incineroar should use Heavy Duty Boosts in singles because Stealth Rock is common. Assault Vest is alright, but it's the exception to the rule.
- There's not much you can combo with Fake Out in singles -- certainly not anything that involves Reuniclus. Knock Off is better than both Dark STABs mentioned in the set.
- Some of the OHKOs that Intimidate prevents are nice, but I don't think they change the result of the matchup very much. Reuniclus is slow, so the likes of Rillaboom and Dragapult can just click their attack again on the next turn.
- There are plenty of special attackers in OU, but if I was running defensive Incineroar in singles then I'd run phys bulk too. It's worth noting that a lot of problem Pokemon for Reuniclus happen to be special attackers, e.g. Gengar, Hydreigon, Dragapult, Volcarona.
Ohhh! You mean Singles??? It was never mentioned in the original post...
I get it, it's all good. If it was singles, it's a completely different story.
Sorry for making you read all that!
Well... of course? OU is a singles format, and OP did mention they are playing OU.
There is such a thing as doubles OU, but it's so unpopular by comparison that you should never assume people are playing it when they mention OU.
Thanks for that... I'll keep it in mind from here on out

Aim for a fairy type Pokemon to protect it from dark type. Or bug can also help but since rock type moves can be learnt by many Pokemon, fairy type is a safe game.

since you said partners, Ill do a full team, and this is going to be for the doubles format, and yes when I mean full team I want you to know what it will use to do damage, you may be surprised :)

Reuniculus:

Ability: Magic Guard (we dont want status)
Evs: HP: 252, SAtt: 252, SDef: 4
Protect
Psychic
Recover
Trick Room

Dragapult

before you wonder, WHY IS DRAGAPULT ON A DOUBLES FORMAT? ITS DEFENCE SUCKS!

hear me out, dragapult is actually good in this situation, because dragapult is such a threat, people will probarbly go after it, buying time for Reuniclus to do damage,
remember, this isnt an attacking set
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Cursed Body
Evs: Spe: 252, Defence: 252, SDef: 4
Will-O-Wisp
Helping Hand
Sucker Punch
Astonish
use this 1st, its smartest

Hatterene

WOOOOAH, yea no this isnt surprising,
Ability: Magic Bounce (ever see a ferrothorn? well now you can launch spikes back)
Item: Leftovers
Evs: Def: 252, SDef: 252, Hp: 4
Movepool:
Trick Room (thats why speed wasnt here before, so Hatterene and Reuniclus can go 1st
Life Dew (just extra support for the next move)
Heal Pulse (use on Reuniclus)
Light Screen (puts on bulk)

Shuckle:

Item: Leftovers
Ability: Gluttony (there isnt really a good ability for Shuckle so I went for what I think is best)
Evs: Def: 252, SDef: 252, Spe: 4
Sticky Web
Stealth Rock
Toxic
Guard Split (use on reuniclus)

Pincurchin:

Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Lightning Rod
Evs: Def: 252, SDef: 252, Spe: 4
Spikes
Toxic Spikes
Thunder Wave
Sucker Punch

Oorbeetle:

Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Frisk
Evs: Spe: 252, Def: 252, SDef: 4
Psychic Terrain (yea that is the main move)
Light Screen
Reflect
Safeguard

This answer doesn't explain why any of these Pokemon are good partners for Reuniclus... and again, Gen 8 OU is a singles format, *not* a doubles format. I don't assume OP wants their Reuniclus set replaced, either.
