In a link battle in USUM if you choose to make all Pokemon lvl 50 are their stats reverted to how they'll be in lvl 50?

I assume so.  I think that is what it means to be level 50.  Have stats that are equivalent to level 50.

Logically, yes. What if one person has a full team of level 100, and the other had Pokemon around Level 30 or so? Keeping those stats would present a huge disadvantage for the lower levelled player.
