How does Worry Seed affect Rest?

Worry Seed is a move that forces the target to have the Ability Insomnia, which prevents sleep. The move Rest forces your own Pokemon to sleep, but also fully heals their HP. The problem is that I'm not sure if the sleep happens first, or the heal. So if a Pokemon has Insomnia and Rest, will they get a free heal, or will the Rest just be completely shut down?

they will be healed, when my mewtwo was sleeping it gained insomnia and woke up

Insomnia prevents the ability-bearer from falling asleep, both from moves by other Pokémon like Sing, and self-inflicted sleep like Rest.

Rest is impossible to use with Insomnia and will just fail.
