Does Worry Seed or Gastro Acid affect Pokemon with the ability Magic Bounce?

The question is pretty self-explanatory. Does the changed ability take effect before Magic Bounce can activate, or is the move bounced back to affect your own Pokemon?

No. Magic Bounce activates first

On the Bulbapedia Pages it says for both;
>Affected by Magic Coat and Magic Bounce
