Pokemon bank recovery?

Basically, I had loads of Pokemon in my bank and then my subscription ended.
Is there a way to recover the lost Pokemon?

You can still recover the Pokemon from PokeBank, but only for a certain amount of time. Unless you buy it again, your Pokemon will sadly be gone permanently. Source: Personal experience
